  • Safety and efficacy of specific herbal medicinal products, e.g. St John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) herb preparations
  • Pharmacovigilance (safety monitoring) of herbal medicines, including traditional Chinese herbal medicines and other traditional herbal medicines
  • Pharmacoepidemiological methods for herbal safety monitoring
  • Pharmacists’ professional practices and experiences with respect to herbal and complementary medicines and their users
  • Perceptions and behaviours of users of herbal medicines
  • Evaluating the effects of teaching and learning activities in pharmacognosy/natural products
  • Assessment of natural health product and complementary medicine interventions to aid smoking cessation
