Mr. Tomzik received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in 2013. He obtained master's degrees, in Production Engineering at RWTH Aachen University and in Managment Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University, by 2015. In the ensuing time he worked as a Software Developer for applications which process and visualize surface measurements of carbon composites.

Since 2017 Mr Tomzik joined the LISMS research group under supervision of Prof. Xun Xu at the University of Auckland to pursue a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
