Research | Current
I have been developing my research area in environmental exposures and health since I was a PhD student in 2001 when I looked at indoor air quality and personal exposures. My current research area: Environmental epidemiology with a focus on the health effects of exposure to environmental hazards in childhood. My research trajectory are driven by a keen interest in finding adverse health outcomes due to harmful environmental exposures. I have studied spatial and temporal distribution of air pollutant exposures and various health outcomes. I am currently assessing the climatic effects on drinking water quality and child health. I am also currently working on a project related to indoor climate on child health.
