Dr Julia Fehrer

Biography

Dr. Julia Fehrer joined the University of Auckland Business School in 2016 as a Research Fellow with the Department of Marketing. Since July 2018, her role is Lecturer in Digital Marketing with the Graduate School of Management. She further holds a Research Fellowship with the University of Bayreuth, Germany. Her research focus includes actor engagement in networks, systemic business models, market shaping and system innovation. Her teaching focus is on digital marketing, digital transformation, contemporary service management and service marketing. Julia has eleven years of professional experience holding senior roles in marketing across countries in the insurance industry. She has expertise in strategy development and customer relationship management with proven track record of operational execution.
