Biography

Naser Mostashiri has completed his PhD in Mechatronics Engineering at Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of Auckland, New Zealand. He did his masters in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. His research interests include healthcare robotics, biomedical systems, dynamics and control of redundantly actuated parallel robots, and clinical application of motion-capturing systems.

Responsibilities

Naser is a Teaching Technician in Multi-Disciplinary Learning Spaces (MDLS) at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Auckland. MDLS Teaching Technicians are responsible for the effective upkeep and safe operation of MDLS, provide course coordinators, learning designers and teaching assistants with substantive support and specific skills related to their specialist portfolio when contributing to the development of practical active learning resources and activities, and provide students with effective technical support when contributing to students’ active learning and engagement at MDLS.
