Nicholas Lee Borroz
Besides pursuing doctoral studies, Nicholas also manages the expert network of a tech-driven consultancy platform that directly connects subject matter experts to clients. Nicholas previously worked as a business intelligence consultant in Washington, DC. He has published broadly outside of academia, including in well-known publications like The New York Times, Washington Post, and Foreign Affairs.

Nicholas focuses on countries' complexes of agencies, associations, and other actors that promote outward business internationalization. He studies the effect of home institutional environments on these complexes, drawing inspiration from the Varieties of Capitalism literature.
